Marco Baratta holds a Master´s degre in Organizational Pscyhology and a concentration field in Organizational Change and Development from the University of New Haven CT, USA. He is a former Fulbright scholar and a former LASPAU-Harvard scholar. Mr. Baratta has hold management positions in Human Resources and he is a consultant in the fields of assessing personnel selection systems, organizational cultural and climate, motivational issues and strategic management in human resources. He is part time faculty professor for the Superior School of Economics in Organizational Behavior and adjunct professor at the Master of Organizational Psychology at the University José Matías Delgado in El Salvador. Among the organizations he has consulted are Discovery, Globalfood corp, DDB worldwide, Search and Outsource, System C&C (Microsoft branch in El Salvador), United States Department of State, Civil National Police of El Salvador, and local business and governmental institutions. He is also a conferencist/speaker and columnist of local and international media / newspapers in the fields of Organizational Psychology and Personal Development.
